Anyone cooking for the Super Bowl today or tomorrow? I've got 6 slabs of baby backs and 4 butts going on the Stump's later tonight for a party tomorrow.

Nice! I just took the butts off the smoker to rest for a couple of hours. The ribs still have a couple of hours to go. Happy Super Sunday!!!

I smoked some big beef ribs from uncut short ribs (flanken ribs)

Yes the beef ribs. Thanks, I think I haven't been cooking them long enough. They're always a little tough.
