Kids came for dinner - step-son's birthday. He wanted his Mom's Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and scalloped potatoes. Couldn't pass up an opportunity to fire up a grill. Did a batch of chicken wings with just a basic rub and Anchor Bar Original Sauce. Used a little white oak for smoke.
