Started as a Jack's Double Door unit. (5) 4'x2' racks, each holds three full size aluminum pans. Skinned and insulated. Added singled door with slam latch and upgraded firebox door.(2) 4" Ashcroft industrial thermometers. Mounted on heavy duty pnuematic casters, with 2" receiver hitch hookup to utilize atv winch or tow hook to load. Custom deflection plate allows pit to cook dry like a jedmaster, open like a drum smoker. Upgraded water pan allows water bath cooking as it was designed.
