Nobody cooked this weekend?
I grilled chicken on Sunday. 5 bone in skin on thighs and 18 legs. Thighs were rubbed with Cabela's Open Season Jamaican Island Rum Seasoning. Had a taste for jerk chicken and Jamaican Island Rum is probably the best jerk seasoning that I've ever had - better than the couple that I've gotten when friends or family have brought it for me from Jamaica.
Legs were marinated in Kraft Greek Salad Dressing.
Used a little white oak for smoke. White oak is fast becoming my favorite smoke wood.

I cooked for a conference in Chipley, Florida this week end but didn't have time to post. I served for 165 plus over the period of 2 days. Friday I cooked 10 butts and Brunswick Stew. Saturday I cooked 2 cases of spare ribs, 2 cases of chicken, 30# of link sausage and 5 sticks of balogna. I didn't shut my cookers down from 10 o'clock Thursday night until 7 o'clock Saturday night.

Sure, we'll put condoms on just in case

Come on by before the game, we'll be set up at the north end of the stadium across from Blazer Village - look for Blazertalk banner or a white EZ Up, same general area as Greenhouse Gang/Gang Green but we're a couple of rows over. I've not yet decided on my food contribution yet but we should have plenty plus you can bring something if you want to. There might be a good crowd for that tailgate as there's a new guy in charge who's brought some energy to the fan base so there's hope for light at the end of the tunnel.
