2 slabs of baby backs, chicken, pork chops and bologna. I am trying Myron's pan cooking method on the ribs. Go #55 if the rain will ever stop.

To bad about the rain ... Now I won't get to see the race. #11 Denny Hamlin fan.
I did 1 pork shoulder, 1 sirloin tip roast, 6 pork steaks, 6 skin on bone in chicken breasts, 12 chicken legs + grilled steaks for dinner.
Also, not barbecue, but tried to make my Grandma's version of a potato dumpling. These dumplings haven't been made for over 25 years and Grandma did not leave a recipe. They are not like any potato dumpling recipe I can find. End product is coated with cheddar cheese which is allowed to melt - They're grey and ugly and clump together. We called them "squishy noodles" - They sure were good!
