Doing a prime rib tonight. Ssunday I will be smoking my first turkey. Any tips or suggestions for the turkey? I will be brining overnight with a brine I found in the archives: 1gal water, 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup salt, 1/2 cup chili powder, 1/2 cup garlic, 1/2 cup onion powder.
