Cooked a 10lb CAB round sirloin tip roast this afternoon in the Stumps w/oak. Man, it was good if I say so myself.
Will cook baby backs on Monday. If the old lady is nice to me I might make a pound cake to boot. Oh, I cooked breakfast for supper Friday night (sausage, eggs and toast) does that count?
Have a good 4th of July everybody!

I'll be cranking my grill up on Sunday. Got some ribs, whole chicken, chicken parts, and sausage so far. Probably will do some beans, potato salad you know the usual stuff.

I have to work on Monday but yesterday we cooked up some injected brats, juicy lucy burgers, polish sausage, grilled corn on the cob, and smoked us a 3 pound pork loin which was pure heaven.

Got a slab resting on the cooker now. Made up a new rub and sauce to try. Ken, that sauce you had in Waynesboro was REALLY GOOD! I wish you hadn't wasted it on Billy!

A fine time was had by all.
It may have been Van's best hash ever.
Of course I helped him with it.
The hog and everything else was good too.
