Thanks! Nice smoked pork loin for supper with Sopapilla Cheese Cake with apple topping for desert. Kids helped it turned out great.
And my Birthday gift was a subscription to Barbecue News and FBA!

My daughter did most of it and used a can of apple pie filling. It was great, I may try again with two cans and mix blackberry/rasberry or something maybe even a few pecans on top. She did use turbanodo sugar on the top and was fantastic.

but you can add and do so much with it. Plus it's so easy to make.
