Long time lurker - first time post! I have been a member for almost a year and have enjoyed reading your educational and amusing posts. I'm not much of a cook, but certainly enjoy the sport of competitive barbeque. Currently, I'm helping organize the annual Boss Hog Cook-Off in Waynesboro, Georgia, which will be held on May 8-9. Maybe we'll see some of you there!!

Come om in and post away. If you like whatca are cooking, you cannot say you are not much of a cook. I say cook for your family and friends first, yourself second and then cook for comps is so inclinded. You will find all sorts as you mentioned in your posts. Most of all no jokes j/k Ms. Sandy
