I did three racks of baby backs yesterday using the 3-2-1 method and I used three different seasonings (all Billy Bones)

1. Competition rub / Cherry rub 2:1 with maple syrup and original sauce glaze.

2. Competition rub / Cherry rub 2:1 with cherry jam glaze

3. Original rub with original sauce glaze

And the big winner was:


ORIGINAL RUB with ORIGINAL SAUCE GLAZE!

Some things just can't be beat.

I'm not a bbq expert but I play one on the internet
