IS ON THE COOKER COOKER WAS HOLDIN GOOD AT 250* WHEN I GOT UP.I REMOVED THE MEAT FROM FRIDGE ARROUND 5:OOAM RE-SEASONED EM AND LET EM SET OUT TILL 6:00AM.SPRAYED THE COOKIN GRATE DOWN GOOD WITH PAM COOKIN OIL AND PUT EM ON.AT 9:00AM I'LL SEASON THE RIBS AND GET THM ON ARROUND 1:00PM.I ALSO GOT SOME PINTO'S SOAKIN.I'LL KEEP YOUNS UPDATED

FINAL UPDATE:EVERYTHANG CAME OUT OUTSTANDING,BRISKET HAS A GREAT FLAVOR, VERY MOIST AND TENDERNESS WAS JUST RIGHT BOUT A 1/8 INCH PULL.BUTT WAS ALSO FULL OF FLAVOR,VERY MOIST AND TENDERNESS WAS RIGHT WHERE I WANTED IT.RIBS WAS OUTSTANDING,GREAT FLAVOR TENDERNESS WAS GOOD AND APPERANCE WAS GREAT.I'D TAKE ANY OF THESE MEATS TO COMPETITION AND BE PROUD.I CANT IMAGINE WHAT I'D BE LIKE WITH MORE PRACTICE.

Sounds good Partner. I'm ready to put'em to the test. I cooked some dang good chicken, a fattie, a stick of bologna, and some rabbits in mine yeaterday.

Wabbits need grass for survival. They can't survive on concrete and asphalt like you have in the Big Spare Rib.

We have Wabbits Also skunks, wacoons, possum, deer, fox, even the occasional bear and moose oh, yeah and coyotes too
