I've seen "snipits" that Auburn may delay the A-Day game that this contest was going to be held in conjunction with. Anyone know if they are indeed changing the A-Day game's date?

According to Big Bad Wolfe the date has not changed. You could contact him, Hoochique, or Dirt & Whiskey they will be able to tell you.

I emailed the organizer with my concern about A-Day game date and here is his reply.
Hey Walt,
Thank you for your email. I appreciate the concern as well as the offer to help.
We're set for the date, and moving full steam towards it. As you know, it's always something to do each week for months before the contest.

"Off the Sauce Cookers" has it on our to do list for this year it they allow those Big Orange Crocks. Since AU is blue and orange they might not notice it.

I looked today and didn't find anything. Last week I saw where Tubs said it might be set back due to injuries. Either way, the KCBS will stay the same date it looks like.
Red and White?? I know this is a BBQ Forum but congratulations on the
Iron Bowl. Woodshed, country whoopin' duly noted! Hope that's the last for another seven years. |
