I have been cooking for family and friends for years on weber kettles and a small offset from Home Depot. I just love to cook. I purchased a Lang 84 Deluxe a couple of months ago with hopes of doing some comps in 2009. Also have dreams of a small BBQ Shack someday and doing some catering. Just cooking for family and friend now. Best thing about is my youngest daughter who is 10 is always by my side when I fire the Lang up. It don`t get any better that that!

Well I was raised as a Southern Il. Hillbilly in a little hicktown and ended up in Fl. by way of Tx. We have cooked on all kinds of smokers and up agianst all types of teams. Now, Momma, my daughter, and myself only cooks to please us an a select group.
