Here is some email correspondence with Dawn .Looks like the teams will not be recieving confirmation from the contest. Here is the information if anyone needs it.
No – I thought the FBA was doing that – I am sorry. The park is at 203 Forest Park Drive , Perry , FL 32348 . You can arrive any time beginning on Thursday if you like. My cell number is 850-843-0992 if you get there and you can’t find anyone. I can show you where you can set up.

CLARIFICATION ON LOCATION
I couldn't get Google or Yahoo to recognize the above address from Dawn's email to Buddy, so I emailed her to get some clarification. With permission, here is her reply:
The location is right on Highway 19 South. You can not miss it – we’ll have signs everywhere around it. If you are coming from the South and coming in 19 then it will be on the left approximately ˝ mile after you pass through the first traffic light. If you are coming from the North, it will be approximately 2 miles after you pass the first traffic light on the right. There will be a big sign that says Forest Capital State Park and little signs all over that say “Southern Pines Blues & BBQ Festival”

I have been there three times and it seems that Mapquest is using a different name for the road.

3150 S Byron Butler PKWY
Perry, Fl
click on get map
If coming from the North there is a big Black and yellow "CAT" SIGN
on the left and the place is just past that on the right.
Lots of HUGE Pine trees and a large building with Blue roof on Property

Found it using 203 industrial park dr. Thanks rub, can always count on you. Looks like the corner of Industrial park and S Byron Butler parkway. If I could make a great burbon sauce, I'll be fine. I bought 2 chances, and I don't even play the gitar...stan
