That was the Idea I was thinking about with the Leveler Jacks. Good Point. I want to allow a Slight Angle for Grease Flow.

I would not use leveling jacks because the front jacks would have to support the tongue weight of the trailer. I would not have a removal tongue because the atachment to the rrailer would be loose and with road movement, the tongue may be loose and you may need safety chains.The smoker does not have to be level. You need to provide for drainage of the grease from the water pan or the bottom of the smoker. This drainage would also be necesary for clean up.
