Hit a couple of BBQ places recently in Las Vegas. Several others in town on my list I did not get a chance to hit.
R.U.B. at the Rio: An easy stop between the airport and our hotel. Pretty good. Great service, pulled pork, ribs and all sides were excellent, brisket a little dry.
CJ's Texas BBQ, 7865 West Sahara Avenue at Buffalo Ave. Excellent! Indoor picnic tables, a pallet of firewood and a big Old Hickory pit in the dining room. Great service, brisket, beef and pork ribs, and all sides were excellent!
