I'd go with a roast and let price dictate, if you are pulling the lower cost one should be fine. I enjoy doing that myself from time to time.

Thanks. With temps at 108* outside? I'll be inside.
The only roast I've tried was a chuck and it was way too juicy!
And some are too stringy...

I was wondering about sirloin... maybe a tip? My guys love beef... bbq'd or grilled or otherwise.
One daughter-in-law told me her entire family could make a meal on just one steak the size my son likes. lol

BOTTOM ROUND WORKS WELL IN CROCK POT . MAKES GREAT TACOS, CHIMICHUNGAS,, ANY LEFTOVERS ARE GREAT IN CHILI ..
