I found a Q-joint in Pensacola, FL that I had not seen before. Arlene Williams BBQ on Mobile Hwy. VERY small place, no tables, take-out only. They had a good selection on the menu, not so much that they strayed from the BBQ but enough to have a good variety. They even gave out samples so that you could decide what you wanted. When I ordered she asked if I wanted coke(soda or pop for all the northeners, down here all soft drinks are known as coke, end of story)or FLOP. I had to ask what flop was. I ws told that it was a tropical type sweet tea. WOW, I love this stuff, it's like a southern sweet tea mixed with pineapple juice and had chunks of pineapple mixed in. Anyway, Pulled pork was pretty dang good, as was the potato salad. French fries, I could have lived without. Nice people, good food, and flop. I'll be back. Give it a try if you're in Pensacola.

Thanks for posting this, Scott. I've heard it advertised on the radio, it's over in Brownsville. Been meaning to give it a try.
