3 of those 1" center cut attached at the backbone pork chops rubbed with Fat Boy Ride 'Em Cow Girl, 4 boneless beef short ribs rubbed with Billy's Beef Master. 7 quart crock pot of pinto beans using Vencil Mares' recipe from Robb Walsh's "Legends of Texas Barbecue Cook Book". Grilled 4 boneless ribeyes seasoned with a combination of Red Robin Signature Blend and Cavendar's Greek Seasoning. Big bowl of cole slaw with an English cucumber and couple of radishes sliced in - used Wish Bone Balsamic Vinegarette.
