Changing direction and moving towards a NSF rated smoker. FOR SALE: a 2012 Stumps Stretch in BLACK. LOADED 5 rack setup with 4 grates, aluminum handles. No waiting, less than 10 cooks on this one using cherry wood. $3800 and I will include the IQ 110 controller so you can set it and forget it!

Ok , I'll get you all the info this weekend. I've cooked on stumps for years , I got this cooker to get something different. Although I like the cooker , it is a whole different cooking style than what I'm used to. Also my teams cook trailer is full of stumps so the cooking I do @ home doesn't translate to comps.

Also: Please get me the program number that flashes when you first turn it on. This will tell me which board is currently installed. Should be 60, 46, or 67.

You ever have any issues with the auger or the fire going out? Why are you considering getting rid of it?
