Easy grilling session. 4 lb. ground round / chuck formed into 1/3 lb. burgers, 4 fresh Polish sausage links, 3 lbs. center cut pork chops, 4 skinless / boneless chicken breasts marinated in a balsamic herb salad dressing, 1 pack Oscar Meyer Premium Angus hot dogs.
With leftover burgers, Polish sausage, and hot dogs, wife and stepdaughter have meat for meals for entire week.
Storm came in just as I went to flip the burgers and check the chicken and pork chops. It poured for about 10 minutes. Had to pull the grill up close to the house under the overhang to finish cooking.
